1. SCOPE OF ADJUSTMENT:
This policy regulates the basic contents of equipment delivery procedures between  Bach Hoa Moi Truong LCC and Customers.

2. APPLICABLE SUBJECTS:
Bach Hoa Moi Truong LCC and Customers purchasing the Company’s products (customers have completed payment)

3. EQUIPMENT DELIVERY AND RECEIVE LOCATION:
Bach Hoa Environment Trading Company Limited will deliver the product to the Customer at the location according to the Customer’s request mentioned in the Contract or directly hand over the product at the company’s factory.

4. DELIVERY – RECEIVE PROCESS
General principle: Bach Hoa Environment Trading Co., Ltd. only delivers equipment to the right person who has entered into a contract with Bach Hoa Environment Trading Co., Ltd., or a person legally authorized by this person.

Delivering the product to a legally authorized person has the same legal effect as delivering the product to the person entering into the contract.

In case the authorized person at the time of delivering the equipment cannot present documents proving his/her status to legally receive authorization, Bach Hoa Environment Trading Company Limited has the right to refuse to deliver the equipment and notify the authorized person. The person who entered into the contract failed to deliver the product.

In all cases, Bach Hoa Moi Truong LCC will hand over the product to the Customer at the correct location mentioned in the Contract.

Before handing over the equipment, employees of Bach Hoa Moi Truong LCC will contact the Customer in advance to confirm the delivery time and location.

At the time of handing over and receiving goods, customers please directly check carefully the type, quantity, condition of the product, accompanying accessories and/or other items (if any) to compare the difference. compatibility between the actual delivery and the agreement of the Parties in the Contract.

Employees of Bach Hoa Moi Truong LCC, when carrying out product handover procedures, will prepare a “Minute of acceptance and handover of equipment (“Minute”)” which shows the condition of the equipment at delivery and included accessories (if any).

Customers please check the content of the recorded Minutes according to actual delivery. The Minutes will be made in a minimum of 02 copies and in all cases the Customer will always receive an original copy of the Minutes of Acceptance and Product Handover.

The confirmation in the Minutes is confirmation that Bach Hoa Moi Truong LCC has delivered the equipment and that the Customer has received the equipment correctly, sufficiently and with guaranteed quality as agreed according to the provisions of the Contract.

The Company’s responsibilities after the Parties confirm the Minutes will be implemented according to warranty regulations.

5. PRODUCT DELIVERY TIME
Product delivery time is as specified in the contract.
